Katy ISD Wins Appeal Involving “Repeatedly Tased” 11th Grade Special-Ed Student

Ruling: A federal disability rights lawsuit filed by the mother of a special-ed student who was “repeatedly tased” at school when he was an 11th grader is dismissed. Lori Washington, ex rel.
