Sharyland ISD Can’t Block School Bus Accident Lawsuit

Ruling: An ISD’s awareness that a police officer had threatened to charge a school bus driver with “hit and run” is one of the several reasons, when collectively considered, that an ISD lacks immunity from being sued over a traffic accident.
