“Flashing Lights” Video Moves to YouTube

The “Flashing Lights” video — a required part of the Texas high school curriculum — has moved from its longstanding Vimeo web address to the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation‘s YouTube channel.

The video, under a state law passed in 2017, is a part of a mandatory component in the curriculum for all Texas driver education and driving safety courses as well as in the training for all law enforcement officers in the state.
