Fifth Circuit: Illegal “Anti-Male Bias” May have Prompted Expulsion of Rice University Student

Ruling: Because a jury might conclude that a university student’s de facto expulsion was due to “anti-male bias,” the now-former student’s gender discrimination lawsuit against the university can continue.
