Beaumont ISD can’t Block Lawsuit over Hurricane Related Insurance Dispute

Ruling: A licensed public adjuster and his company can continue litigating their claims that an ISD improperly cancelled a contract whereby they would serve as a conduit between the district and its insurance companies to quickly repair a hurricane ravaged high school.
