Lowered Flags and Moment of Silence Set to Mark Wednesday’s First Anniversary of Uvalde Tragedy
To mark the first anniversary of the Robb Elementary shooting in Uvalde on Wednesday, the governor this afternoon:
- Ordered all flags in the state to be lowered to half-staff on Wednesday (through sundown).
- Asked that all Texans observe a moment of silence at 11:30 a.m. (central daylight time) on Wednesday.
