Texas Supreme Court Enters Boundary Dispute Between Lampasas and Copperas Cove ISDs

Whether the education commissioner can consider ISD annexation disputes when one of the two affected school boards never voted on the detachment/annexation petition is the question that the Texas Supreme Court (TSC) announced (here) on Friday, June 2, that it will consider.
