Oral Arguments Set for Nov. 29 in Legal Fight Over Texas’ School Library Book Rating Law

A U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals panel will hear oral arguments in the lawsuit over Texas’ new school library book ratings law — a/k/a the “book ban law” and the READER Act — starting at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 29, at the Fifth Circuit’s courthouse in New Orleans.
