Deadline for Completing Next Legal Step in “A-F” Ratings Lawsuit Pushed to Feb. 9

A state appeals court has granted an “unopposed” motion that extends — from Jan. 9 to Feb. 9 — the deadline for completion of the next step in the legal battle challenging the education commissioner’s authority to release the final 2023 A-F accountability ratings for ISDs, charters and their campuses.
