Baylor College of Medicine Suffers Appeals Court Loss in COVID Business Interruption Insurance Claim Denial

Ruling: COVID related expenses incurred by Baylor College of Medicine (BCM) in dealing with the pandemic were not covered under business interruption provisions of policies the institution held with two insurance companies.
