Deadline for Completing Next Legal Step in “A-F” Accountability Ratings Lawsuit Extended to March 1
A state appeals court on Wednesday granted a motion that extends — from Feb. 9 to March 1 — the deadline for completing the next step in the legal battle in which more than 120 ISDs are seeking to block the education commissioner from releasing the final 2023 A-F accountability ratings for ISDs, charters and their campuses.
