Abbott-Appointed Justices to State’s Newest Appeals Court to Decide Fate of 2023 A-F Accountability Ratings

The more than a year-long legal battle over if and when the 2023 A-F school accountability ratings will be released has been transferred — by order of the Texas Supreme Court — from the Texas Third Court of Appeals in Austin to the new Texas Fifteenth Court of Appeals, the Third Court announced on Tuesday.
