Anti-Fentanyl Video to Play at Texas High School Football Games this Month

Gov. Abbott today premiered (press release) a new One Pill Kills short video that will play at Texas high school football games starting with tonight’s “Friday Night Lights” games and at games played for the rest of this month.

Also appearing with the governor in the video were the Texas Tech, Texas A&M, UT Austin and University of Houston head football coaches.

Earlier this week, the Governor issued a proclamation declaring October 2024 as Fentanyl Poisoning Awareness Month to raise awareness and educate Texans about the dangers of fentanyl to save more lives.
