TEA Rules Update

Proposed Rule:

• Local Accountability System — Specifying that a local accountability plan, including its components, domains, and overall scaled scores and ratings, must be submitted to TEA on a timeline determined by the commissioner. This proposed amended subsection would remove the first week of July as the deadline. (More information on Local Accountability is available here.)
