Gov. Abbott Appoints Leslie Recine to State Board Of Education

Gov. Abbott late Friday afternoon appointed (press release) Leslie Recine, R-Pantego, to the State Board of Education (SBOE) to temporarily fill the Dist. 13 seat vacated by the resignation of Aicha Davis, D-Dallas.
