TEA Posts First Application Received for Fast Tracked “High-Performing Entity” Approval Consideration

The TEA reported (as of press time) that one out-of-state charter operator met the Dec. 2 deadline for applying to be considered for fast-tracked approval to operate in Texas under the agency’s newly implemented procedures to quickly approve charters that are already operating “high-performing” charters in other states.
