Crowley ISD (Again) Loses Appeal Over Teacher’s Firing

Texas Fifteenth Court of Appeals
Ruling: A prior state appeals court ruling — that an ISD wrongfully fired a teacher — is upheld, except for dropping (at the ex-teacher’s request) the court’s order that the originating trial judge must determine if (or how much) the ex-teacher is due in attorney fees from the district.
