Morath: Lewisville ISD Violated Student Psychological Testing Law

Ruling: An ISD should have obtained parental written permission before administering two psychological “screenings” to an elementary student as a part of a process to determine if the student — who was accused of bullying another student — should subsequently undergo a formal threat assessment process.
