TEA Posts HB2 Teacher & Support Staff Pay Allotment Info

How ISDs and charters are to implement the state-funded school staffing pay allotments required by the newly signed-into-law HB2 school finance bill is the topic of correspondence the TEA posted late Thursday afternoon (June 12, 2025).

The correspondence focuses on the part of HB2 that creates the Teacher Retention Allotment (TRA) and the Support Staff Retention Allotment (SSRA) — and expands the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA).
