TEA Reports $0 USDE Funding Losses Since Trump’s Inauguration

Since President Trump’s second inauguration on Jan. 20, 2025, the U.S. Department of Education (USDE) has withheld (or threatened to withhold) $714.4 million earmarked to flow to Texas schools via the TEA, but has quickly restored all the funding.
