Next Week: Fifth Circuit to Hear “Ten Commandments” Oral Arguments

The 17 judges comprising the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals next week will hear oral arguments in lawsuits arising from challenges to Ten Commandments mandated classroom posting requirements arising from Texas and Louisiana.

The oral arguments are scheduled to begin at 1 p.m.(Central Time) Tuesday, Jan. 20, at the Fifth Circuit’s Courthouse in New Orleans, La.
