Morath Says Eanes ISD Lawfully Fired CPS-Cleared Teacher

Ruling: A teacher that Child Protective Services (CPS) cleared of student sexual abuse allegations — and was never charged with a crime — was lawfully fired after his efforts to discredit his student accuser resulted in info about his accuser being publicly disclosed.
