The TEA is accepting applications from licensed attorneys for special education hearing officer positions.

  • Note: Special-ed hearing officers preside over due process hearings in disputes filed by parents and school districts pursuant to the federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA)

Application deadline: April 16.
