Morath Affirms Brownsville ISD Counselor’s Firing Over Daughter’s Altered Grades

Ruling: An ISD properly nonrenewed a high school counselor’s contract based on substantial circumstantial evidence that she altered grades so that her daughter would rank first in her senior class.
