Harris County, Houston, Aldine ISD Win Round in Tax Break Fight
Texas Fourteenth Court of Appeals: Harris County, the city of Houston and Aldine ISD may sue the Harris Central Appraisal District and its chief appraiser to stop future property tax exemptions for apartment complexes owned by housing finance corporations from outside the county.
