Eight ISDs & 1 Charter Successfully Appeal Initial “F” Fiscal Ratings

The TEA has posted the final 2025-26 Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas (FIRST) results (based on SY 2024-25 data).

Following appeals, the TEA raised preliminary “F” fiscal ratings that were issued in August (article) for eight ISDs and one charter to a final passing rating.
