Commissioner Denies Ex-Humble ISD Superintendent’s Termination Appeal

Ruling: A superintendent’s “disruptive relationships” — that resulted in the district spending more than $1.3 million for an independent investigation into employee complaints stemming from those relationships — justified her termination.
