• DAEPs — Implementing 2023’s HB114/regular session legislation by defining violent conduct for the purpose of disciplinary alternative education program (DAEP) placement when the program is at capacity. The rule revision was adopted without changes since the proposed version was posted for public comment.
  
  Effective: Oct. 29.
